4. Main technical parameters
4.1 * Maximum allowable working pressure: equal to 1Mpa.
4.2 * High allowable working temperature: The cold water meter is 30 ℃, and the hot water meter is 90 ℃.
4.3 Measurement characteristics:
4.3.1 Level 2 Water Meter (Accuracy Level 2)
Within the range of water temperature from 0.1 ℃ to 30 ℃, the maximum allowable error of the water meter is ± 2% in the high zone (Q2 ≤ Q ≤ Q4) and ± 5% in the low zone (Q1 ≤ Q ≤ Q2). When the water temperature exceeds 30 ℃, the maximum allowable error of the water meter in the high zone is ± 3%, and in the low zone it is ± 5%.

Note: Q2/Q1 ≠ 1.6 can only be used during the transitional period stipulated by relevant national standards and laws and regulations.
5. Precautions for installation and use:
5.1 The selection of water meter diameter should be based on the size of the water consumption and should be close to the commonly used flow rate.
5.2 Rated working conditions: a) Flow range Q1~Q3; b) Environmental temperature: 5 ℃~55 ℃; c) Water temperature: Cold water meter less than or equal to 30 ℃, hot water meter less than 90 ℃; d) The environmental humidity is (0~100) RH at 40 ℃; e) Water pressure: 0.03~1.0Mpa.
5.3 The installation of water meters should follow the prompts on the water meter dial or cover. Those marked with "H" are installed horizontally, while those marked with "V" are installed vertically. The water meter dial should face upwards, and the arrow on the case should be consistent with the direction of water flow in the pipeline. A control valve should be installed upstream of the water meter for easy replacement and maintenance.
5.4 The installation location of the water meter should avoid exposure to sunlight, freezing, pollution, and flooding. In high-altitude areas, outdoor installation of water meters should be avoided as much as possible. If it is necessary to install water meters outdoors, sun protection and anti freezing measures should be taken to prevent the water meters from being exposed to sunlight, freezing and cracking, and affecting normal use.
To ensure the long-term normal operation of the water meter, it should always be filled with water. If there is a possibility of air entering the water meter, a vent valve should be installed upstream of the water meter.
5.6 It is necessary to prevent damage to the water meter caused by impact or vibration in the surrounding environment of the installation site, and to avoid excessive stress caused by pipes and fittings. If necessary, the water meter must be installed on a base or bracket.
5.7 Extreme water temperature and temperature should be prevented from damaging the water meter, as well as preventing external environmental corrosion from causing damage to the water meter.
5.8 Measures should be taken to prevent adverse water conditions (air, surges, water hammer).
5.9 The upstream and downstream water pipes should be properly fixed to ensure that no part will shift due to the pushing force of water when removing the water meter or tearing apart one side connection.
If the water meter is installed at the inlet of the boiler, a check valve should be installed at the outlet end of the water meter, and the water meter should be kept as far away from the check valve as possible to prevent the metal pipeline from conducting heat and hot water reflux from scalding the water meter.
Before installing the 5.11 water meter, any debris in the pipeline must be removed. When installing the water meter, pay attention to the connection length of the water meter. When the distance between the two ends of the pipeline exceeds the length of the water meter, the pipeline distance should be corrected to meet the connection length of the water meter. Otherwise, if the distance is too large and forcefully installed, it will cause the threaded connection end, pipe joint, connecting nut, and connecting flange of the water meter to break and be damaged. If the distance is too small, the water meter cannot be installed; If the two end pipelines of the water meter are no longer on the same axis. The pipeline should be corrected on the same axis through other means to meet the installation requirements of the water meter.
During long-term use, if there are debris, rust, or other sediments in the pipeline, it is inevitable that the water filter will be blocked, affecting water supply and accurate measurement. If the above situation occurs, the local water company should be contacted and resolved, and disassembly and assembly are not allowed.
When the water meter is not in use, if the pointer rotates slightly, it is due to unstable water pressure in the pipeline or other reasons. It is recommended to close the control valve upstream of the water meter or install a check valve at the inlet end of the water meter when the water meter is not in use.
5.14 If the water meter or its accessories are damaged due to failure to strictly follow the installation precautions, all losses shall be borne by the installer.
6. Quality commitment: The quality assurance period of this product is one year. For products with intact lead seals within the warranty period, if there are quality problems, our company will provide free repair or replacement. Except for water meter damage caused by improper installation, use, or other non product quality reasons.
7. Disclaimer: If the lead seal is damaged or incomplete, our company will not be held responsible; And our company does not assume any other related responsibilities beyond the water meter (including but not limited to the responsibility for water measurement disputes caused by water meter malfunctions or errors).
8. For units that use our products for self repair, our factory provides repair parts, but they need to contact our sales department in order to provide repair parts in a timely manner.
